Server logfiles and hosting

This website is hosted on servers of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe. A contract for order processing (AVV) was concluded with the hoster in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Note on server logs:

No log files** are created or stored on the root server operated by us.
However, it is possible that netcup, as the hosting provider, records access in log files on the system side (e.g. to defend against attacks or to ensure operation).
This log data is the responsibility of the hosting provider and is not analyzed by us.

This website uses CleverReach to send newsletters. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany (hereinafter "CleverReach"). CleverReach is a service that can be used to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g., email address) is stored on CleverReach servers in Germany or Ireland.

Our newsletters sent with CleverReach allow us to analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients. This analysis can include, among other things, how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked.
